Objectives

- To enhance efficiency and optimize parameters of innovative extraction technologies.
- To produce high-quality ingredients for WP3, scaling the processes from lab to pilot scale.
- To ensure the entire process incorporates Safe and Sustainable by Design (SSbD) principles.
